Here are a few of the castle. It was built in the 1200s as a Roman outpost. Torn down during the Peasant War, it was rebuilt only to be destroyed again by the A-Hole French 20 years later. This is what is left:

I was pretty tired from the hike.

  2. They don't have amazing chili cheese dogs here, but they have history, at least. We are trying to like it here and going out and seeing the historic sites is something we all dig. It's a coping mechanism, really. The Loveland Castle rocks ;)

  3. is there still chance that you all could move back to the States sooner?

Jason is the only one of us who has been to the Loveland Castle! *blush*

  4. I went, but just for a haunted house one year. If they still do it, you and Jason should go this Halloween for giggles ;D

Miles is putting in his packet to be a helicopter pilot in February (they only review them 2 times a year) and if he gets accepted, we'll be off to Alabama for a year shortly after. Which I would LOVE!
